Itinerary
The day begins with a pottery workshop, where this ancient craft is explained and participants can create a small piece of pottery. Afterward, the tour continues to the Paloquemao Market, one of the city’s largest and most diverse markets, to explore the variety of fruits and vegetables found in Colombia and to purchase the ingredients that will be used later to prepare lunch.
From here, we head south to the unique Glass Museum to learn about the history and uses of this material, and to blow a piece of glass ourselves, which we can take home as a souvenir.
Using the ingredients bought at the market, we’ll now start by preparing lunch, guided by an experienced cook who will explain the process step by step—and then: Enjoy your meal!
To wrap things up, we’ll stop by a coffee shop to see how the experts highlight the various characteristics of world-renowned Colombian coffee and let us sample a cup.
